A mixed-use building that includes commercial and residential spaces. More in detail, the left block of the building consists of retail space on its ground floor, while the rest of the floors will be used as office space. The right block is purely residential, with various amenities for all units, including a rooftop swimming pool and roof garden. In this manner, a separation of the two functions is achieved, in order to provide a more harmonious and functional use of the building.
