Completed

Built in 2008 and situated in the village of Foinikaria, Lemesos, the house was built on a hill, offering a panoramic view of the dam of Germasogeia. It consists of two floors, three bedrooms, a spacious and luminous living area. The main feature of the house, its external space, is oriented in such a way to obtain the best view possible while providing the house with the ideal amount of sunlight, keeping it luminous and energy efficient.
