This project, showcases how someone can live comfortably and efficiently even when building factors are low, with the right design and making the most out of the terrain form. The house is situated in a very restrictive zone in terms of building factors, but it manages to contain a master bedroom, a living / dining room, kitchen, a small gym and even a wine cellar. It also boasts a massive outdoor area, equipped with a big patio that traverses the house, giving the user the possibility to unite enclosed and open space in spring and in the summertime. A swimming pool that overlooks the dam of Germasogeia is another unique attraction of this project. Lastly, a large garden by the road, acts as a privacy hedge for the house.
