Located in a central yet quiet area of Lemesos, the house consists of two floors and a vast area of outdoor space. The ground floor hosts a luminous living and dining area with large aluminum sliding doors, that can be opened widely in order to unite enclosed and outdoor space in the spring and summertime.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, laundry, wardrobe and accessory rooms, while the two balconies are partially covered with aluminum louvers that offer privacy and protection from the sun.

The yard features a covered built-in barbeque pit and kitchenette, a covered external dining area and built-in raised garden beds in strategic locations that will be planted with deciduous trees, in order to provide shade and privacy to the user in spring and summertime, when the yard will be mostly used, while letting the rays of the sun inside the house to warm it up in the fall and winter.
