Renovation and energy efficiency upgrade of an existing house in Limassol. The intervention among others includes:

• Exterior wall insulation with Styrofoam boards with a fresh coat of rendering on top
• Waterproofing of the entire roof that presented leaking in various spots
• Provision for the installation of solar panels on the roof
• Replacement and new installation of air conditioning units
• Creation of new en suite bathroom
• New ceilings and lighting in all bedrooms and in the living room
• Replacement of old bathroom fixtures with new ones
• Creation of exterior wall along the plot’s boundary
• Design of barbeque, pool and covered area as well as general landscaping of the yard for future execution
